Attractive 200 sq.m. modern house on the Pointe de Carnac, very close to the sea and a two-minute walk from the beach. Large terrace facing due south with sea view. Five bedrooms and a dorm room. Can sleep up to twelve people.

With over 2,000 hours of sunshine a year, Carnac is on one of Brittany’s sunniest coasts. This is the perfect house to enjoy that friendly warmth with your family. Located on the Pointe Churchill, two steps from the sea, which you can see from the living area and two of its bedrooms, the house is very comfortably furnished and the decor modern and pleasant. The large terrace is equipped with tables so you can dine outdoors and take advantage of the sun and the view. Children can play outside in complete safety.
You won’t need a car: the beaches of Beaumer and La Grande Plage are just a short walk from the house, and the town-center and stores only ten minutes away. And there’s an outdoor shower so you can wash off the salt and sand when you get back from the beach.

A barbecue is available. You can park easily in front of the house.

Linens, sheets, and towels are provided. The beds will be freshly made on arrival. Weekly housekeeping is included with the rental, along with cleaning on departure. You will find toiletries in the bathrooms and a gourmet food basket in the kitchen. Additional services are available upon request.

Area
The house is ideally located in Carnac, 1 km away from the center of the village, 50 metres from the main beach and 100 metres from the Beaumer beach.
Carnac is the ultimate beach resort, with restaurants, bars, small boutiques, and a large beach to relax on. Visit an oyster farmer’s workshop and try the delicious oysters from Quiberon bay with your toes in the water.
Discover Legenese, a lovely sandy beach popular with families, and lively in the summer thanks to the Marsouins club. Towards the ocean, board sports fans will prefer the large Sainte-Barbe beaches in Kerhilio.

Ten minutes’ drive from the house are the famous Carnac stones. Slightly further out but a must-see is the fantastic Saint Goustan à Auray port, as well as the picturesque Saint-Cado port. Not forgetting Vannes and its battlements, 35 minutes away, and Morbihan’s fantastic gulf islands - Arz, l’Ile aux Moines…

NB: Our usual length of stay is 5 nights. However, we accept requests for 2 or 3 nights, depending on certain tariff conditions. For any request for less than 5 nights, we reserve the right to review the tariff conditions.
